Refund & Return Policy

At Cuteverse / Resin Reload, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return process.

Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
  • To begin a return, please contact us at wecare@cuteverse.store to initiate the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Returns that are damaged, altered, or missing parts not due to our error may be subject to partial refunds or rejection.
  • Gift cards are non‑returnable and non‑refundable.
  • Certain items may be non‑returnable if clearly marked at the time of purchase (e.g., custom or personalized products).

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same RMA process.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
